A curated room of Denver operators, founders, and capital.

Invite-only. Intentionally small. Built for real conversation across industries that rarely intersect.

THE IDEA

Big Pond is a curated gathering of people building things in Denver: founders, executives, creatives, and the capital behind them. The room is small on purpose. Every seat is invited.

No name-tag pitching. No surface-level networking. The format is casual but intentional: structured introductions, open dialogue, and space to compare notes on what is actually working right now.

Ideas move fastest between industries that rarely share a room. That transfer is the whole point.

HOW IT WORKS

Invite-only room

Every attendee is personally invited or vetted. Curation is what keeps the conversation honest.

Structured introductions

You will know who is in the room and why they are worth knowing within the first twenty minutes.

Cross-industry dialogue

Founders next to executives next to investors. Different problems, transferable answers.

THE ROOM, FOR REAL

From the first Big Pond, March 2026.

THE CURATOR

Pierce Ginzberg

Curated by Pierce Ginzberg

I started Big Pond because Denver has plenty of networking and not enough conversation. I run growth for small and mid-sized businesses through Electrik Kettle, and the best ideas I have ever picked up came from rooms like this one.
